Our story begins before the Holding.
From a joint venture created in 2017 to the incorporation of Healthangels Holding S.A. in 2023, the Health Angels story has followed the same thread: bringing method and governance to where health services tend to improvise.

2017
The Health Angels brand is born
The brand is created as a joint venture between DotCom, with more than 20 years in IT solutions for large healthcare organizations, and PR Sistemas, with more than 30 years in management systems for the sector, under the direction of Antonio Francisco Nascimento. The model differed from that of a traditional accelerator: instead of taking equity in startups, Health Angels formed a joint venture with each selected company. Founders kept their full equity and began working in connection with the hospitals, universities and health organizations served by the partners.

2018
First joint-venture partnership
The first partnership under this model is signed with INBEP, a professional education startup focused on training health professionals. It was the first sign that education would be part of the ecosystem’s infrastructure, not an add-on.

Incorporation of Healthangels Holding S.A.
Formal incorporation of Healthangels Holding S.A., with Antonio Francisco Nascimento and Roberto Antonio Colletta as managing partners, headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. The brand gains its own legal structure to govern the portfolio.

Governance, licensing and an in-house team
The Holding takes on the role of governance layer for an ecosystem of health services and health education: it integrates, governs and endorses companies, tools, products and programs, with a focus on oral health and public health, under the motto “Applied science · Organized care · A system that works”.
- Licensing agreement with Envelhecer Sorrindo.
- Publication of the Health Angels book.
- Hiring of an in-house team.
